According to CCTV News, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress held its second plenary meeting today at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Zhang Jun, the President of the Supreme People's Court, delivered a work report of the Supreme People's Court. The report shows that over the past five years, 9,326 cases of crimes endangering cybersecurity were concluded, involving 22,000 people, an increase of 158.5% compared to the previous five years (by case number). Strictly punish crimes such as money laundering and foreign exchange evasion using virtual currencies as intermediaries, and work together to prevent illegal cross-border fund transfers.
