The Work Report of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress shows that this year, in line with building a high-level socialist market economy system, a State-owned Assets Law will be enacted, and laws such as the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, Tax Collection and Administration Law, State-owned Assets Law for Enterprises, Certified Public Accountants Law, Bidding Law, Government Procurement Law, Price Law, Trademark Law, and Urban Real Estate Management Law will be amended.
