Tongtong Finance APP News: Different groups (06090) announced that, according to the “Shanghai Stock Exchange Hong Kong-Shanghai Connect Business Implementation Measures” and the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Shenzhen-Hong Kong Connect Business Implementation Measures,” the company’s shares will be included in the Hong Kong-Shanghai and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Connect (collectively “Stock Connect”) target securities list starting from March 9, 2026.

After the shares are included in the Stock Connect, qualified investors from mainland China can directly invest in shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange respectively. The board believes that this inclusion will help expand the company’s shareholder base and increase trading liquidity of its shares, thereby enhancing the share’s value and the company’s reputation in the capital market.
