The Federal Reserve has a 95.5% probability of maintaining interest rates unchanged in March.

ChainCatcher reports that according to Jintou, CME “Federal Reserve Watch” shows a 4.5% chance of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points by March, and a 95.5% chance of keeping rates unchanged. By April, the probability of a total 25 basis point cut rises to 17.7%, with an 81.7% chance of no change, and a 0.7% chance of a total 50 basis point cut. By June, the probability of a total 25 basis point cut increases to 41.5%.
