Targeted Strategies: Focus on High-Risk Clients with Categorized Risk Inspections

Based on client risk characteristics, the company defined service scopes. For employer liability insurance clients, priority was given to high-risk occupations involving dangerous processes, high-risk operations, fire, explosion, and poisoning scenarios. For commercial property insurance clients, the focus was on high-risk manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and warehousing industries, especially those with significant inventory and equipment coverage. Local offices utilized internal systems to manage the entire service process online, ensuring 100% traceability of service records. To date, the province has completed all targeted risk assessments for high-risk clients, identifying hazards such as aging electrical wiring, blocked fire exits, and flammable material storage. Infrared thermal imaging detected multiple hotspots in electrical circuits, and clients received professional risk rectification recommendations.

Material Support: Precise Distribution of Fire Prevention Supplies to Enhance Client Disaster Preparedness

Building on hazard inspections, Ping An Anhui Branch advanced its disaster prevention and loss reduction material support plan. Based on client type and risk level, three tiers of fire prevention supplies were offered: providing commercial fire extinguishers and smoke and toxic gas masks to accommodation and retail clients; supplying fire extinguishers and fiberglass fire blankets to manufacturing, warehousing, and catering clients; and increasing fire safety supplies for high-risk key clients, along with additional risk control services.

Over 200 client units across the province received supplies, significantly improving frontline fire emergency response capabilities. Additionally, the branch provided six online risk control services via the Corporate Treasure platform, including safety training videos, hazard self-check templates, and emergency drill guides, helping clients establish long-term safety management systems.

Technology Empowerment: Infrared Thermal Imaging to Enable “Early Detection and Early Intervention”

To improve risk identification accuracy, Ping An Anhui Branch actively adopted technological risk control measures, promoting infrared thermal imaging detection services. This technology captures infrared radiation from equipment and circuits to generate thermal images, accurately identifying abnormal temperature rises in power distribution and production equipment, providing early warnings of potential fire hazards. Several local agencies have reported interested clients and launched pilot services, receiving high recognition from clients and successfully transitioning from “passive claims” to “proactive loss reduction.” Infrared detection identified multiple hotspots in electrical wiring, effectively preventing electrical fire risks during the holiday period.

This special initiative is not only about risk prevention but also a concentrated effort to upgrade service quality. Business teams collaborated with claims and non-vehicle support personnel to proactively assist clients with appointment scheduling, inspection coordination, and resource allocation. The General Administration Department promoted exemplary service stories through internal and external channels, establishing the company’s brand as “professional, reliable, and warm.”
