Tongtong Finance APP News, Changfeng Pharmaceutical (02652) announced that, according to the adjustment announcement of the list of eligible securities for the Stock Connect programs issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, our H-shares have officially been included in the list of securities eligible for the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs. The adjustment will take effect from March 9, 2026.

From the effective date, eligible Mainland Chinese investors will be able to trade our H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through the Stock Connect mechanisms under the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs.

The board expects that this inclusion will help expand the company’s shareholder base and improve the trading liquidity of its H-shares.
