Gelonghui, March 8 — Zhaowei Mechanical and Electrical (003021.SZ) announced that Shenzhen Zhaowei Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) is in the process of issuing overseas listed foreign shares (H-shares) and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HKEX”) (hereinafter referred to as “this issuance and listing”).
Because the shares to be issued this time are H-shares, the subscription targets for this issuance are limited to qualified overseas investors and domestic securities operating institutions and qualified domestic institutional investors authorized to conduct overseas securities investment management according to Chinese laws and regulations, as well as other investors who meet regulatory requirements. Therefore, this announcement is made solely for A-share investors to promptly understand the relevant information about the company’s issuance and listing, and does not constitute and should not be regarded as an offer or invitation to any domestic individual or entity to acquire, purchase, or subscribe to any securities of the company.
The company has determined the final price for this H-share issuance to be HKD 71.28 per share (excluding 1% brokerage commission, 0.0027% Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission trading fee, 0.00565% HKEX trading fee, and 0.00015% Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants trading levy).
The H-shares issued by the company are expected to be listed and begin trading on the HKEX Main Board on March 9, 2026.
