Ministry of Culture and Tourism: By 2025, inbound tourism visits will exceed 150 million, an increase of over 17% year-on-year

On March 7th, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress held a press conference on people’s livelihood topics at the Media Center News Hall.

During the event, Minister of Culture and Tourism Sun Yeli stated that by 2025, inbound tourism arrivals will exceed 150 million, an increase of over 17%; inbound tourism spending will surpass $130 billion, a nearly 40% increase; among them, the number of foreign tourists entering visa-free will exceed 30 million.
