2026 Xiaopeng X9 Pure Electric MPV Officially Announced to Launch on March 2: The Longest Range Pure Electric Seven-Seater in the World

IT House, February 25 — Xiaopeng Motors announced today that the 2026 Xiaopeng X9 Pure Electric MPV will be officially launched on March 2.

According to Xiaopeng’s official introduction, from energy consumption to space, from safety to comfort, the 2026 Xiaopeng X9 Pure Electric version fully aligns with the “all-around” DNA of the X9 super extended-range version. The vehicle also claims to be the “longest-range pure electric large seven-seater in the world.”

IT House learned from previous official teasers that the 2026 Xiaopeng X9 Pure Electric comes standard with 5C supercharging across the entire lineup, with a CLTC range of up to 750 km and a combined energy consumption of 15.9 kWh per 100 km. It features three-row electric “folding” seats that can be configured into 4/5/6/7 seats, and zero-gravity seats equipped with safety airbags are also standard, allowing 180° reclining and featuring a 180mm “widest in class” central aisle.

The new vehicle also comes with active rear-wheel steering as standard, with a minimum turning radius of 5.4 meters, and is equipped with intelligent dual-chamber air suspension and a tire blowout stabilization system.

In terms of intelligence, the entire lineup is equipped with Turing chips, with a maximum effective computing power of up to 2250 TOPS, and the AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) top speed has been increased to 130 km/h.

For reference, Xiaopeng X9 super extended-range MPV is available in two models, priced between 309,800 and 329,800 yuan. The vehicle features Kunpeng super extended-range technology, with a pure electric range of 452 km and a combined range of 1,602 km.
