On-chain data shows that so-called "bad actors" have long been incorporated into the fundamental models of game theory—Satoshi Nakamoto didn't overlook this, but simply doesn't care. Blindly trusting a single player should indeed be disproven, but the true decentralization mechanism is precisely designed to immunize against these issues. Don't pretend it's some profound discovery; this was a problem solved back in 2009.
