To be honest, this is the real truth. I myself crawled out of the 95% who constantly watch the market and frantically cut losses. Now I just keep dollar-cost averaging, and my sleep quality has improved significantly.

Really, I just now understand that frequent trading is like working for the exchange; I should have realized this earlier.
