#数字资产市场动态 There's an interesting phenomenon — posting job openings on X suddenly becomes a built-in traffic magnet? Any position with a salary of around a hundred U.S. dollars easily garners thousands of views, comments, and shares.

Honestly, no one can tell whether these jobs are genuinely recruiting or just purely for traffic diversion. But in terms of results, they are indeed unbeatable for attracting followers and boosting project popularity. The question is, did they actually hire reliable talent in the end? Can they really retain them? Those are questions for later. This kind of "seems effective" but "results can't be verified" approach appears to be a favorite in the entire crypto circle.

It's hard to say whether I feel envy or confusion.

Positions costing around a hundred U can attract hundreds of thousands of visitors. This logic is truly brilliant—everyone's a marketing genius.

Jobs paying around a hundred U can get tens of thousands of views, this trick is brilliant... But how many people can actually be hired?

Very typical, a recruitment post has become the best marketing tool, everyone knows it but everyone is doing it. A hundred U salary can attract tens of thousands of views, no need to do the math, it's definitely for traffic. The funniest part is, there's no follow-up afterward, anyway, the hype is over. That's how the crypto circle is, good-looking data is more important than anything. Whether or not you recruit someone, no one really cares.

A position worth around a hundred U can get tens of thousands of views. I really can't tell if this deal is worth it or not. Basically, it's a numbers game. Once there's buzz, where are the talents? The tricks in the crypto circle are getting more and more sophisticated, haha. Instead of envying, it's better to just jump on board. After all, everyone is just acting. This move is pretty ruthless, but it seems to actually work.

A position with around 100 US dollars can get tens of thousands of views? That's hilarious. Isn't this just a new way of secretly scamming people?

A few hundred U can still attract tens of thousands of views, this trick is really clever. But I just want to ask, how many can actually get hired? Or have they all been filtered out silently?
