The core of this incident isn’t really about the technology itself, but about a deeper issue it exposed—how safe are our assets when risks materialize? Flow’s choice to rollback is an extreme form of stop-loss, but the doubts raised by deBridge’s founder are also worth pondering: sometimes, the "solution" itself can cause greater losses.

I’ve noticed some large funds are starting to shift from HYPE to Lighter’s LIT, which isn’t just about chasing returns. It reflects investors re-evaluating risks—in the rapidly expanding sectors of tokenized assets and RWA, project governance transparency, technical reliability, and emergency mechanisms are becoming key considerations for capital flow.

Honestly, this reminds me of an important point: as we embrace innovative asset forms, position management becomes even more critical. No matter how promising a project’s prospects are, ask yourself a few questions—can I afford for this investment to go to zero? How well do I understand the project’s technology and team? Am I adding to my position driven by FOMO?

In the long run, tokenized assets may have a bright future, but the road to brightness is often the easiest to stumble on. Choose projects with more transparent governance and more robust mechanisms, and leave room for adjustments. That way, even when black swan events occur, you can respond calmly.
