The real dilemma after encountering identity impersonation scams. Last week, someone impersonated me on Telegram to commit fraud, and instead of actively assisting, an employee threatened me and even threatened to come to my door and file a lawsuit. It's very frustrating. I had discussed this issue two months ago. The problem is: the platform seems to tolerate employees threatening innocent users. This not only harms the rights of those who are impersonated but also damages the trust foundation of the entire ecosystem. Whether the Web3 community can develop healthily largely depends on how platforms handle such incidents.
