#比特币流动性 Six years in the crypto market, with 23 million in my account. People often ask me how to choose coins and how to grasp the rhythm. Honestly, there’s no secret—these seemingly simple principles are the real threshold for making money.

I’ve seen too many people get restless with slight market fluctuations, making reckless moves that lead to liquidation or heavy losses. I’ve also suffered these losses myself, lessons paid for with real money.

Today, I’ll share the methodology I’ve developed over the years. Those who follow it carefully can avoid many pitfalls:

**Only look at the top gainers when choosing coins**
Coins that have already surged have market heat and future stories. Projects that are just sideways for a long time? Purely a waste of attention.

**Monthly MACD is my decision-making cornerstone**
Don’t be fooled by daily K-line fluctuations. I only watch when the monthly MACD crosses above the signal line—when the golden cross appears, I build a position; if not, I hold cash. Short-term oversold rebounds? Mostly low-probability traps—bet once, lose once. True opportunities are hidden at long-term trend reversals.

**50-day moving average for opportunities, 70-day for support**
Check the 50-day moving average daily. When the price pulls back near the 70-day line and volume increases, that’s my signal to add positions—stay calm and let the trend run. If it breaks below the 70-day line, I immediately clear my position. I never break this rule because not fighting the trend helps preserve the principal.

**Take profits with rhythm**
Don’t expect to get rich overnight. Take half off when it’s up 35%, then reduce another half at 55%. The market isn’t short of opportunities; those who can preserve profits are the real winners.

The simpler the method for crypto trading, the easier it is to stick with. Abandon the illusion of “turning it all around in one shot.” Those who truly make money are always disciplined traders who aren’t driven by emotions.

Discipline is indeed a double-edged sword. It's easy to stick to it, but really implementing it is truly difficult.

That's correct, but I think most people simply can't follow through.
