Typical one-sided market pattern: it’s hard to rally, but it drops quickly.

Currently, Bitcoin appears to be the most vulnerable among risk assets. The US stock market still has earnings support, but what about BTC? Apart from market sentiment, everything else is blank. The real issue is that liquidity has dried up. The funds for going long have long been exhausted, while the cost of shorting is surprisingly low.

This is the market’s operating logic. Whenever a bull market reaches its late stage, this strange phenomenon occurs: good news cannot stimulate prices, but a bit of bad news can create deep pits. Essentially, no one is willing to take the first step; everyone is waiting to see who will be the first to act.

Liquidity drying up is exactly right, now it's just a matter of waiting to see who breaks first --- Positive news can't stimulate the price at all, really exhausted from being cut so many times --- No one is willing to buy in, waiting for the washout to finish before daring to get in --- This is the nature of the late stage, falling very fast and rising very slowly --- To put it simply, it's still a loss of confidence.
