💥 The US is preparing for a key step in cryptocurrency regulation

The White House confirmed: the Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act bill will be brought before the Senate in January. This is not about a final vote, but about review in the relevant committee, where the document will be edited and agreed upon before being brought to the floor.

📌 The CLARITY Act should define which tokens are considered securities and which are commodities, and clearly delineate the powers of the SEC and CFTC.

If the law passes, crypto companies in the US will for the first time receive clear rules of the game instead of regulation through courts.
