Don't remind me again today

#数字货币市场回升 Trump's old partner Hassett may take over the Fed, and this news has recently caused a stir in the circle. His trap of radical interest rate cuts has led many to reconsider the chips in their hands.

Let's start with the positive side. If the interest rate cut expectations are realized, the liquidity in the crypto market and high-risk assets like U.S. stocks will rise significantly. With lower funding costs, investors will become bolder, and market sentiment will definitely be ignited in the short term. Moreover, this strategy aligns well with the economic agenda of the White House, reducing internal friction in policies and making execution smoother. For investors, the direction is clear, and at least they won't have to guess the policy direction every day.

But the problem is also very obvious. If the Fed is led by the nose by the White House, its independence will be ruined, and both the credibility of the dollar and the authority of the central bank will be discounted. What's more troublesome is that if interest rates are cut too aggressively, what if inflation resurges? At that time, they would have to urgently hit the brakes, making the market even more chaotic. Another practical problem is that the current chairman's term is not over; if they forcibly change leaders and there are issues during the policy transition, that would really panic the market.

In short, Hassett can stabilize emotions in the short term by easing monetary policy, but the two landmines of inflation and trust crisis are buried deep enough. The key focus now is whether the nomination can be realized and how the policies will be implemented $BTC.

As soon as the expectation of interest rate cuts came out, the crypto world went crazy, but I always feel that this guy is not reliable. If the independence of the Fed is really lost, then a credit crisis will be the real killer.

As soon as the expectation of interest rate cuts came out, the crypto community really became agitated. But speaking of which, can we still trust the Fed, which has been politically hijacked? The risks in this matter are too deeply hidden.

The expectation of interest rate cuts sounds good, but if the Fed is really controlled by the White House, can we still trust this credit? If inflation comes back around then, it's game over.
