Nasdaq-listed company Hilbert Group AB announced that it has agreed to acquire digital asset management company Liberty Road Capital (LRC). The acquisition is a pure equity asset acquisition, including profit and advance payment parts. The entire acquisition transaction is expected to be completed in January 2025. Hilbert Group will acquire all of Liberty Road’s business, including all asset management protocols, existing customer relationships, all intellectual property, and key employees. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed yet.
